Job Description

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Sr. at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services. You'll work closely with our commercial card clients, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues, identify root causes, and provide tailored solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, technical acumen, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services

  • Support a complex dedicated suite of products/services, serving a sophisticated client base and leveraging advanced processes or tools to support internal and external customers
  • Focus on problem resolution across multiple channels for our customers, delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all channels through which customers are served
  • Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and resolving the most complex or reoccurring issues
  • Identify root causes and act as an escalation point, interacting with higher levels within the customer organization
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with arenaflex's core values, demonstrating commitment to quality and serving as a coach or mentor to the customer service team
  • Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a commercial card or financial services environment

  • Strong knowledge of commercial card products and services, including website navigation and technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in leveraging technology to drive results
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) considered in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth

  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including commercial card technology and Treasury Management solutions
  • Experience in a remote work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage distractions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, with a range of $31,000.00 - $67,600.00, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications
  • Incentive eligibility, with payment based on company, business, and individual performance
