Key Responsibilities:
* Provides exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processes transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
- Maintains accurate records, including patient and medication information, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
- Utilizes pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and cycles remedies as needed
- Models and conveys a particular and great client experience, registering deals on relegated sales register, and providing clients with considerate, fair, agreeable, and proficient checkout administration

Essential Qualifications:

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in pharmacy or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or pharmacy environment
- Previous experience working with Walgreens
- Excellent numerical abilities, including counting, estimating, and gauging prescriptions
- Good computer skills and knowledge of store stock control
- PTCB certification
