Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights. You'll work closely with our Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.

  • Help with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
  • Assist with exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
  • Present findings, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
  • Help with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
  • May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Business Administration)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with precision and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase) a plus.
  • Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
  • Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications a plus.
  • Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-focused environment.
  • Ability to focus on responsibilities diligently and be a self-motivated individual.
  • Past internship experience in a related field a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
