The Role:
As an Experienced Social Media Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Providing in-depth product knowledge and technical support to customers, including answers to questions about Autopilot functionality, energy storage solutions, and other advanced features
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Engaging with customers on social media to build brand loyalty and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Analyzing customer feedback and survey data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new support strategies
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, etc.)
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the electric vehicle or renewable energy industry
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
