Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales team by preparing and managing all financial documentation required to secure funding for vehicles purchased at our dealership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing all financial documentation required to secure funding for vehicles purchased at the dealership
• Ensuring a thorough post-sale review and producing all necessary documents for client signatures, encompassing title processing, registration, bank financing, compliance, and internal protocols
• Handling financial transactions, issuing receipts, and conducting electronic deposit procedures
• Administering the issuance of temporary vehicle registration plates and associated paperwork
• Addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues arising during audits related to transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4 years of clerical or administrative support experience
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced computer software skills
• Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
