Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and Administrative Coordinator. You will promote a high level of customer satisfaction during patient interactions, requiring knowledge of departmental and corporate policies and procedures. You will maintain accurate and timely billing information and process appointments. You will also be responsible for performing direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed personnel and physician. This is a full-time position working days in our NE Trumann Oh facility.

Responsibilities:

* Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed personnel and physician, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

  • Provides direction and leadership in the clinic/front office operations by coordinating activities through excellent organizational and time management skills, promoting a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for the clinic and front office, providing training as appropriate to implement such change revision, and ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provides for patient safety, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Completes assigned goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.

Requirements, Preferences, and Experience:

Education:

+ Preferred: Associate's Degree + Minimum: High School Diploma

Skills:

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to achieve high productivity and efficiency. + Ability to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.

Experience:

+ Preferred: 3 years experience in oncology or clinical office work, with knowledge of medical terminology. + Minimum: 3 years experience in oncology or clinical office work, with knowledge of medical terminology.

Special Skills:

+ Preferred: Experience with EMR and Clinical Trial Management System. + Minimum: Computer skills, including MS Word, and excellent organizational skills.
