About the Role

As a Customer Support & Data Entry Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Complaints Professionally: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Responding to Customer Emails: Address customer emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, and FAQs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keeping Records of Complaints, Refunds, and Customer Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and refunds.
  • Contributing to and Improving Customer Support Processes: Collaborate with the team to develop and improve customer support processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensuring a Response Time of Less than 24 Hours for All Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt attention to their concerns.

Must-Have Knowledge of These Platforms:

* Shopify (eCommerce platform): Proficiency in using Shopify to manage orders, track inventory, and provide customer support.

  • Slack (team communication): Experience using Slack for team communication, collaboration, and project management.
  • DeepL (for translations): Familiarity with DeepL for translations and language support.
  • G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.): Proficiency in using G Suite tools, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Gmail (email management): Experience managing email communications, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • ChatGPT (for assisting with customer responses): Familiarity with ChatGPT for assisting with customer responses and providing support.

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Clear SOPs to follow, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient support processes.
  • Support from the Lead Customer Support: Ongoing support from the Lead Customer Support for any questions or concerns you may have.

What We Expect from You:

* Fluent Written and Spoken English: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write and speak English fluently.

  • At Least 2 Years of Customer Support Experience: Proven experience in customer support, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Organized, Motivated, and Eager to Learn: A self-motivated and organized individual, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Available for Weekly Team Calls: Regular participation in weekly team calls, ensuring you stay connected with the team and are aware of company updates.
  • Able to Commit to a Minimum of 8 Hours per Week Initially: A commitment to working a minimum of 8 hours per week, with the potential for growth and increased hours.
  • NOT Currently Working a Full-Time Job Elsewhere: Availability to dedicate your time and energy to this role, without any conflicts of interest.
