Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization, and contributing to our mission of excellence. You'll work closely with our management team to coordinate tasks, schedule meetings, and manage filing systems. Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports within Microsoft SharePoint
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, which may include travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings to take minutes
  • Provide clerical support to other departments
  • Monitor and document tasks assigned to the management team
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Gather and organize data and reports related to task progress
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Assist with and complete tasks assigned by the management and executive team

Essential Qualifications

* Associate's degree is required

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is required
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance within the industry is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong knowledge of administrative and office procedures, including word processing and file and record management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
