Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and Enter Price Change Requests: Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our data.
  • Complex Promotional Price Changes: Understand details of complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Cost and Price Changes: Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Promotional Pricing: Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • PO Reopening: Work with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Weekly Price Change Reports: Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field.
