Job Summary

As a part-time Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for selecting, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed. You'll work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with our team to ensure that every order is processed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities

Some of your key duties may include:

• Receiving and putting away inventory with accuracy and efficiency
• Selecting and packing customer orders with attention to detail and quality
• Loading boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring timely and safe delivery
• Using scanners to read bar codes on products, maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Viewing prompts on screens and following directions for tasks, ensuring seamless order processing
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
• Operating power industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts or pallet drivers, and working at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)

Physical Demands and Requirements

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll need to be able to:

• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards

• Noise level: It can get noisy at times, but we provide hearing protection if you need it.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet and operate power industrial trucks (PIT)
