What You Need To Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5+ years of experience leading customer support teams
in SaaS, hosting, or WordPress-related industries, with a proven track record of developing and growing high-performing support teams.
Strong understanding of WordPress, Linux hosting environments, and related technologies
, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Excellent communication skills
