Key Responsibilities
As an Outreach Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Research and Identification: Research and identify Airbnb hosts who may benefit from our services, using a combination of online research, social media, and industry insights. - Outreach and Communication: Contact Airbnb hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. - Lead Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets, providing regular updates and insights to our team. - Meet Targets: Meet weekly outreach and lead generation targets, working closely with our team to achieve our goals and exceed expectations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Outreach: A proven track record in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical services and marketing strategies in an easy-to-understand manner. - Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with Airbnb hosting, vacation rentals, or the hospitality industry is also a bonus. - Self-Motivation and Organization: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and a desire to excel in your role.
