Job Summary

We're looking for part-time remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences to users across the globe. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support via email, chat, and phone. You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Netflix accounts, billing, streaming quality, and technical issues, while ensuring high-quality service and adherence to company policies and guidelines.

Requirements
