Job Summary

As an Experienced Chat Operator – Automotive Industry Customer Engagement Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

- Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand image and reputation. - Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging atmosphere, building rapport with customers and driving conversions. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates, response times, and customer satisfaction scores. - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's innovative solutions.

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, or business) preferred. - 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming or customer service industries. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. - Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM; 40+ WPM preferred. - Ability to work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions. - Reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. - 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Gaming experience, with a focus on building community and engaging with players. - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and grow with the company. - Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field.
