Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer and account data in digital databases, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and security.
- Data Entry & Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses, and verifying data for deficiencies or errors.
- Research & Verification: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, verifying data accuracy, and correcting any incompatibilities.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
- Customer Service Support: Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Database Management: Maintaining and updating database systems, ensuring data is up-to-date, and performing regular backups to prevent data loss.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong Computer Skills: Excellent typing skills, familiarity with database management tools, and experience with data entry software.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and analytically, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and errors.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in data entry and management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in a data entry role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Data Entry Certification: Certification in data entry, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
