Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner

- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and timely manner, while also escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and account changes, while also adhering to all customer service procedures and policies
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while also providing exceptional customer service and support
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and concerns
- Upselling products and services to clients when necessary, while also ensuring that all sales interactions are handled in a professional and respectful manner
Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while also managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
