The Opportunity
As a customer service representative for arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone, helping them with questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests and travel agent partners via phone
- Answer questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries
- Help customers with booking and travel-related issues

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
