Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Credit Specialist 3 (New Accounts Servicing) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining data quality in credit systems, monitoring credit exposure, and adhering to overall credit policies. You'll work closely with our Operations - Services team to capture and record data related to credit exposure, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems. Your expertise will help us drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, while safeguarding our reputation and assets.

Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance to a variety of products and services, ensuring seamless customer experiences

• Assist on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision, leveraging your analytical skills to drive results
• Assist on a wide range of specialized administrative and technical tasks, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Exchange moderately complex information with others, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Evaluate and select solutions in order to complete limited complexity assignments, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding our clients and assets
• Escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, credit analysis, or a related field

• Basic knowledge of arenaflex's organization and policies, with a strong understanding of our credit systems and procedures
• Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge, with proficiency in data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, as well as listening skills, to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
• High School diploma or equivalent, with a strong academic record and a passion for learning

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, accounting) is preferred, but not required
