Job Summary
As a Card Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our card customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to card customers via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Research and analyze customer problems, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues on first contact, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Provide customers with account information, resolve billing disputes, and correct payment errors.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating customer information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets, providing feedback and insights to improve our services.
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services, providing customers with accurate information and recommendations.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to four years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficient computer navigation skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications and other software packages.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems, escalating as needed to senior team members.

* Good knowledge of banking products and services, with experience working with credit cards and other financial products.
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
