Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon Customer Service Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to customers via online chat, addressing their concerns and queries efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, returns, and account-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Amazon products and services.

Essential Qualifications
