Responsibilities

As a Market Research and Customer Insights Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS to identify trends and insights
• Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform
• Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans to stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Creating PowerPoint presentations that distill complex research into digestible formats
• Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be a student enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level)
• Have a strong background in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences
• Have a GPA of 3.25 or above
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Be able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
• Have experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment

• Familiarity with market research software and tools
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
