Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Foster a culture of excellence, provide guidance and support, and empower your team to achieve their full potential.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.
- Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Meet the physical demands of the role, which may include working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
- Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Be prepared to work long hours on your feet, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and safety.
