Job Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving our digital marketing efforts and supporting our administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers, leveraging social media, online advertising, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and monitor our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and others, to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Online Advertising: Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to reach our target audience and drive conversions.
  • SEO Efforts: Be actively involved in SEO efforts, including keyword research, image optimization, and link building, to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Content Creation: Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails, and organize their distribution through various channels to keep our audience engaged and informed.
  • Collaboration and Design: Collaborate with designers to improve user experience and develop creative content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure the performance of our digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and WebTrends, to inform future strategies and optimize results.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
  • Partnerships and Vendor Management: Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of our digital marketing initiatives.

Job Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: A proven track record as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Excellent experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM, as well as a working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends).
  • Creative Content Writing: Strong skills and experience in creative content writing, with the ability to develop engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate the performance of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, media agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles and practices.
