Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the execution, streamlining, and normalization of our expense and asset distribution models. You'll be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities

* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners

• Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
• Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
• Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve measurement-based issues
• Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
• Work with Data Architects and system designers to help documentation and execution of data set plans
• Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
• Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
• Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, or Software Engineering
• Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
• Understanding of social data set plan and capability
• Strong math and analytical skills
• You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction
• Successful collaboration and time management abilities
• You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
• You have astounding written and oral communication skills
• A showed capacity to work with designing delivery groups to examine technical ideas
• Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a technical field

• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
