Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet their needs.
  • Utilizing various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings.
  • Analyzing and identifying potential risks, developing solutions that meet client needs while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
  • Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solving disputes and retaining clients while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
  • Providing exceptional client experiences, measured by specific metrics, and assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for arenaflex's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with experience using various computer systems and customer service platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
