Job Summary

As a Spanish bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to healthcare card clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and resolving complex issues

  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
