Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes

• Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various product and business streams to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions
• Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization

What You'll Bring

* Unbridled enthusiasm, high intellectual and scientific acumen, and an insatiable quest for data-driven insights and business results

• A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)
• 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, process optimization, and working with data at scale
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a compelling story, accessible across diverse audiences, and ultimately to a clear business outcome
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners, and present to senior leadership

Nice to Haves

* Master's degree in a scientific field

• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, sign-up channels, and business spaces
• Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management
• Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong inspiration and ability to work independently
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Humor and a willingness to have fun
• Unique interests or areas of passion that influence the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges
