Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using data to inform process improvements.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
