Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivery Partner Liaison at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicating in a clear and professional manner at all times, both verbally and in writing
  • Providing prompt and efficient service to arenaflex customers and delivery partners, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix, ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrating excellent time-management skills, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining or exceeding targeted performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and delivery partner satisfaction scores
  • Actively seeking solutions through logical reasoning and identifying trends to suggest process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers, including delivery partners and arenaflex customers
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate – follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites and email applications
  • Proficient knowledge of email applications and ability to use them effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While the above essential qualifications are a must, we also welcome candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Knowledge of the industry and its trends
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
