Job Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the design of our digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities, and driving the design process from concept to delivery. You'll work closely with our product owners, designers, and development teams to ensure that our digital products meet the needs of our clients and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with peers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize design opportunities based on client needs and business goals

• Develop and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications that meet the needs of our clients and align with our business goals
• Work with our development teams to ensure that design deliverables are implemented correctly and on time
• Provide design support and guidance to our product teams, including design reviews and feedback
• Foster a culture of design excellence within our organization, including the development of design standards and guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform our design decisions
• Participate in the development of our design community, including the planning and execution of design events and workshops

Required Capabilities

* 3+ years of experience in online and digital product design, data sciences, visual and realistic expressions, or equivalent experience

• Strong UX and visual design skills, including proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to stakeholders, including the ability to present design solutions and defend design decisions
• Knowledge of different design patterns, dashboard design, and complex conditional design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with digital design systems, including the development of style guides and design specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience working in a design-led organization with a strong focus on user experience and design excellence

• Experience working with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of design systems and design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
• Experience working with front-end development teams to implement design solutions
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and practices
• Experience working with design research methods, including user research and usability testing
