Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Researching service inquiries from Sales, Clients, Brokers, and internal partners
- Managing the resolution of inquiries in a timely manner
- Effectively communicating next steps and providing updates while meeting turnaround time requirements
- Tracking all interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Interacting with business partners in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Responding to service inquiries received via phone, chat, and email, including but not limited to, questions tied to eligibility, claims, authorization, benefits, and more
- Making outbound calls for projects as required
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; an Advanced degree is preferred
- 2 years of experience working with multiple software and system-based applications, including database, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 2 years of customer service background, with call center experience a plus
- Previous health insurance experience or claims knowledge is preferred
- The ability to quickly understand customers' needs and expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication, as well as organizational skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels within the organization
- Ability to manage multiple divergent priorities and deadlines
- Experience working independently and proactively
- Experience negotiating and managing expectations for mutually acceptable solutions
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required
- Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Work Environment:
As a remote employee, you will be working from home and will be required to be on site at a local arenaflex location for in-person instructor-led training. You will need to have a reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload, obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider.
