Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into various databases and systems. You will perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy, process customer information and orders efficiently, and collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. You will also generate reports and summaries based on data input and adhere to arenaflex's data security and confidentiality policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter and update data into various arenaflex databases and systems

  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Process customer information and orders efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
  • Generate reports and summaries based on data input
  • Adhere to arenaflex's data security and confidentiality policies

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)

  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

Restrictions:

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time positions
  • Must adhere to arenaflex's code of conduct and data privacy policies

Education & Experience:

* High school diploma required; higher education is a plus

  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous
