Our Challenge

As a customer service representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their gardening challenges. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardening, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently in a remote environment.

A Day in the Life

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing solutions to customer inquiries and issues, using your knowledge of gardening products and services
  • Working closely with our team of experts to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong knowledge of gardening products and services
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • High-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace

Training and Coaching

* All training days are mandatory

  • Training is Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm EST, with additional training in subsequent weeks
  • Upon hiring, you must commit to your training week
  • Allowances will be made to changes in training week in extenuating circumstances
  • After the first week of training, you will be audited by our trainer to ensure you are successful in your new role
  • Follow-up training will be provided to cover more in-depth topics once you have a handle on your daily flow

Schedule

* Full-time shifts available 8:45am-5pm Eastern or 11am-7pm Eastern, Saturdays and Sundays 8:45am-5pm Eastern

  • We are open Monday-Saturday for most of the season, 7 days/week during our peak weeks from late March-early May
  • This position will be required to work one weekend day
  • Overtime is typically available for most of the season
  • During peak season (late March-early May), staff will be required to work a minimum of 10 hours of overtime per week
