Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and decision-making through data-driven analysis and visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and develop data solutions, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling will help us make informed decisions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Work with Advanced Tasks Community (DOC) to develop functional metrics and KPIs
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for execution and increased flexibility
- Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other BI platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data visualization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating presentations for stakeholders and executives
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other BI platforms
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience with data dog/App D/Kibana, Big Data, and data warehousing
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and other data management tools
- Experience with AWS – Redshift, QuickSight, Athena, and other cloud-based data platforms
- Experience with regression analysis and other statistical techniques
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration
