Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to work from home as part of our XACT@Home program. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and update records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's services to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred connection speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up
  • Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked (a photo of the space will be required)
  • Personal Desktop Computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor
  • 19 flat panel monitor (minimum)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with arenaflex's services or products is a plus

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills (40 words per minute or greater)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
