Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information entered into our systems. This is a remote position that offers flexibility while contributing to a global leader in retail. You will be responsible for handling data entry tasks, reviewing and verifying data, and maintaining high levels of productivity while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain high levels of productivity while meeting deadlines
  • Organize and manage large volumes of data
  • Perform routine data cleaning and validation tasks
  • Respond to queries related to data entries and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow arenaflex's data entry procedures to maintain uniformity and consistency
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management about data concerns or issues

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or specialized certification preferred)

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using computer software, spreadsheets, and online databases
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with a focus on precision
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup
