Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager - arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and accurate customer service to current and potential customers
- Using a customer-focused needs-based conversation to recommend products that will fit our customer's needs
- Being the first point of contact for inbound calls
- Knowing the proper servicing processes for basic arenaflex policies (taking payments, coverage changes, Necho, ECRM, claims, etc.)
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Developing and implementing cross-functional campaigns to expand the value generated by producers and innovate our customers' experience
- Strategically positioning our agency through social media and community events
- Gaining unique insights invaluable to your career growth and development
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current Property and Casualty license
- Current Life and Health license
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Marketing experience preferred
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Self-motivation and a people-oriented approach
- Creativity in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Excellent collaborative communication skills with team members and customers
