Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

- Assisting customers with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
- Processing insurance claims and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
