Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our walk-in customers. You will be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You will also process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues

  • Be proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
  • Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership
  • Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
  • Cash handling skills
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sales, customer service, relationship management, and banking

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software
