Job Summary

As a Senior Consumer Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex's valued customers. You will work closely with customers to resolve complex issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise and professionalism will be essential in building trust and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Promote customer success by identifying and addressing customer needs through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text messages

  • Ask questions, gather information, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including trainers and low-level staff, to resolve complex issues and provide support
  • Utilize search tools and multiple computer systems to find information and resolve customer issues
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, including confirmation of transactions and account details
  • Respond to user information and problem resolution in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications

* At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, teams, and management with integrity and professionalism
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to monitor multiple computer systems and applications, and use search tools to find information
  • Experience achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Effective verbal, written, and personal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and precision, with the ability to quickly learn business and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of credit card products and services
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, including those with complex needs and issues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
