Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will be essential in driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to support business decision making
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
