What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting our legacy products, working closely with the Sales team to organically grow our business, and educating clinical teams in our current customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Focus and Targeted Organic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across targeted legacy products, focusing on accretive op margin performance.
  • Promote Stryker Sage Products: Engage with nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff to promote our products, provide exceptional customer service, and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Educate and Inform Healthcare Professionals: Deliver product training, educate customers on product functionality, and inform them about changes to our product portfolio and educational programs.
  • Meet Targeted Objectives: Achieve sales targets within an assigned geography, working closely with the Sales team to ensure success.
  • Assist with Hospital Surveys and Post-Sale Implementation: Support the implementation and training of our products, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate Teamwork and Empowerment: Focus on customer satisfaction by solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive level of customer service.
  • Participate in Trade Shows and Clinical Meetings: Assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings to promote our products and build relationships with customers.
  • Keep Sales Leaders and Representatives Informed: Regularly update Sales Leaders and Representatives on territory and project progress.
  • Solve Product Problems: Expedite the resolution of product issues for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or healthcare.
  • 0-2 Years of Professional Experience: A strong foundation in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent Time Management and Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Physical and Mental Requirements

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be required to:

  • Move, Set Up, and Demonstrate Products: Occasionally lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks that require reaching, pushing, or pulling.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage stress, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a demanding and competitive environment.
  • Exercise Discretion and Independence: Apply professional expertise, exercise discretion, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Possess Unwavering Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrate unwavering ethics and integrity in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
