Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across various industries
  • Creatively problem-solving to address customer concerns and provide sound solutions
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level support
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Providing a high level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong typing skills and basic computer knowledge
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to document customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the programs you choose to participate in. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to:

  • Complete an application to Join Liveops Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
