Responsibilities

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our financial products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning about our members and understanding their financial situations
• Educating members on the ways we can help them afford life
• Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions
• Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism
• Performing advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes
• Growing with us by immersing in financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances
• Sharing knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
• Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Authenticity and a passion for helping others
• A desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of financial products and services
• Comfort and confidence in recommending and processing financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Multilingual capabilities, with Spanish highly preferred
• Ability to lift files and stand for long periods of time
