Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments, you'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a dynamic team that engages with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, fund companies, transfer agents, and other external partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
  • Perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
  • Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
  • Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments

  • Knowledge of regulatory commitments, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
