Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring their success while identifying opportunities to expand the value of our offerings. You will work closely with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development, and will occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely issue escalation.
- API Integration: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations, and develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform's offerings, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure client success.
- Support Visits: Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building, and to identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development, ensuring that client needs and preferences are taken into account in the development of new features and enhancements.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience
, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment, and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting
, with a strong understanding of API architecture and integration best practices.
Strong track record of upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment
, with a proven ability to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Experience in the hospitality software, property technology, or similar industries
, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of clients in these industries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
, with a client-first approach and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Willingness to travel occasionally
to client locations, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
