Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high-quality service in a 24/7 call center environment.
- Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues.
- Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, utilizing various tools and resources to assist customers effectively.
- Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and utilizing networking tools for support.
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
- Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
- At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our customers.

- Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment.
