Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leveraging cutting-edge technology and expertise to deliver outstanding patient experiences. You will work closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

* Patient care: engage with patients, provide assistance with services and products, and resolve customer issues and inquiries to ensure a superior patient experience.

• Pharmacy operations: assist pharmacists in the exercise of pharmacy, including the use of pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Customer service: model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients with greetings and assistance.
• Data entry: use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry.
• Prescription processing: fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions.
• Cash handling: register all related sales on assigned cash register, collect and handle coins as required.
• Inventory management: assist with stock management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription drugs.
• Training and development: participate in training and development programs to maintain expertise and skills in healthcare and pharmacy.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: high school diploma or equivalent required; pharmacy technician certification or degree preferred.

• Experience: six months of experience in a retail environment; previous work experience with arenaflex preferred.
• Math skills: strong math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Computer skills: proficiency in using computer systems, including pharmacy software and cash registers.
• Inventory management: knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Certification: percent certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience: previous experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related healthcare field.

• Math skills: strong math skills to accurately fill prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Computer skills: proficiency in using computer systems, including pharmacy software and cash registers.
• Inventory management: knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Certification: percent certification.
