The Role
As a DeFi Analyst & Customer Success/Account Manager, you'll work directly with our clients, providing guidance and support to help them strategically navigate DeFi, build custom portfolios, and make progress toward their goals using our proven system. You'll need to have a deep understanding of DeFi concepts, including terms like "bridging," "perps," and "burner wallets." This is a hands-on role that requires strong client management and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with clients one-on-one via video calls to provide guidance and support in navigating DeFi
- Build custom portfolios for clients and help them make progress toward their goals using our proven system
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to qualified clients and earn commission
- Participate in 1-2 group calls per month, either as a researcher/presenter sharing insights on DeFi trends or as a commentator offering analysis and contributing to discussions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clients receive high-quality service and support
Qualifications
* Deep crypto and DeFi expertise, with a strong understanding of DeFi concepts and terminology
- Experience in high-ticket B2C or low-ticket B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in client-facing roles
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for decentralized markets and web3 technology
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in account management and sales, with metrics showing a strong track record of success
- Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
