Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products, promotions, and services in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing guidance on using arenaflex mobile app and website
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment
- Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles
- Ability to work part-time hours and be available during evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with arenaflex products and services is a plus
